Big day for Avery
Yesterday, as you can tell by the pictures, was a big day for Avery. It was her first time trying to feed from a bottle! And she did a great job (she's such a smart girl!). Avery has now figured out how to suck, swallow and breathe at the same time - which is what is needed to be able to do that, in case you didn't know. So, we will continue to try feeding this way once a day, until she has mastered the craft. Oh, it also takes a lot of energy out of her, so, she sleeps like a log after it. That's our girl!

I can't get over how beautiful she is! So thankful she's an eating genius and doing so well. Love you guys!
Erin, she looks so different from the first pictures you guys sent out!!! still very beautiful....maybe it is just because her eyes are open. either way, she is beautiful!!! Way to go Avery on the big bottle day!
